Equity Center Legislative Update: HB 21 Facilities Funding Update

House Bill 21 includes $60 million to increase funding for the Existing Debt Allotment and $60 million for charter school facilities funding. In our Facilities Funding Update we take a quick look at some of the details regarding these new public education dollars.
