New Release of Template: Release 1 for February 2019

Omar Garcia with BOK Financial Securities has a new release (Release 1 dated 02/07/2019) that is now available for download. This new release loads the preliminary 2018 values as recently certified by the Comptroller’s office and makes other minor adjustments (see Notes tab).
