Pogue Construction Names Lou Morelli CEO McKinney-based Pogue Construction has named President Lou Morelli Chief Executive Officer. Morelli will lead the firm’s continued growth while advancing its mission to be the most people-focused community builder in Texas. Morelli is widely recognized for his commitment to public education.
