HUMBLE, Texas — Humble ISD honored its Teacher of the Year Friday night with a $10,000 surprise. Autumn Creek Elementary School fourth grade teacher Jasmine Thomas received the money at the Humble ISD Education Foundation Boots and Bling Gala.
