The Texas State Bar will host a LIVE webcast of the oral arguments in the Texas Taxpayer & Student Fairness Coalition, et al. v. Michael Williams, et al. (Case No. 14-0776) beginning at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, September 1, 2015.  The webcast will be provided FREE of charge. Instructions for how to access the webcast may be found below. As always, the Equity Center will also provide live coverage of the proceedings on Twitter. 

Order of the Hearing
The Court will convene at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, September 1, 2015. The State will present their arguments first and have a total of 45 minutes. 

Then the Plaintiff Intervenors (TREEE) and Charter Schools plaintiffs will each have 10 minutes. 

The ISD Plaintiffs, which includes the Texas Taxpayer & Student Fairness Coalition, Edgewood ISD group, Fort Bend ISD group, and Calhoun County ISD group, will follow next and have a total of 60 minutes. 

Following the ISD Plaintiffs, the State will be allowed 15 minutes for rebuttal, along with 5 minutes each for the Intervenors and Charter School plaintiffs. As outlined above, the hearing should last about two and a half hours.
