Omar Garcia with BOK Financial Securities has a new release (Release 4 dated 07/9/2018) that is now available for download. This new release makes changes the Effective M&O Tax Rate calculations and makes adjustments to the EDA and NIFA weights (see Notes tab). As always, please stay tuned for any new developments.
