Senate Education Committee Hearing on House Bill 21

Friday morning at 9 am the Senate Education Committee will hear House Bill 21, the House school finance proposal. You can view the hearing here: Senate Education Committee.
The last day of the legislative session is Wednesday, August 16, so if any progress is going to be made regarding school finance it will almost certainly be through HB 21. The Equity Center has supported HB 21, and we expect changes to be offered in committee Friday morning that we will report on once they are official.
